In each of these videos, Dr. Smith gave instructions about how to exercise and gave a detailed explanation about which muscles can benefit from this workout. Some PS exercises are for exercising the muscles of the arms (PS exercise 2, 5, 6 & 7), some are for the abdomen (PS exercise 5 &11), and some are for the shoulders (PS exercise 2, 5, 8 & 9) and even for the whole body (PS exercise 4 &10).
As the developer of this product myself, even I didn’t know we could use this device on this many areas. This definitely opened my eyes and obviously expanded our product’s target market.
